Administrative Clerk in Kuwait

PACADAR Group is currently involved in a great project in Kuwait and so is looking to hire an ADMINISTRATIVE CLERK with substantial experience.

Purpose

The successful candidate will be responsible for the administrative function of the company at local level, as well as for the proper receipt and safe-keeping of the documents relating to delivery notes and invoices of the project.  

Responsibilities

  • Conducting administrative tasks for local taxes, coordinating with external consultants, reporting to Central Services the financial, administrative, tax and mercantile information in due time and form.
  • Receiving invoices and beginning the process for their conformity by the relevant Departments.
  • Receiving and checking delivery notes. Sending them to the headquarters for their approval.
  • Responsible for keeping the file for invoices and delivery notes up-to-date.
  • Cash-flow control. Monthly and daily cash counts.
  • Dealing directly with suppliers for clarifications or incidents that may arise in relation to delivery notes and/or invoices.
  • Responsible for correctly verifying at the end of the month that all the entries for delivery notes are registered in the system to prevent any discrepancy.
Requisitos / Requirements...
  • University Degree in Business Administration and Management.
  • Specific training and experience in VAT, Income Tax, Corporation Tax, Accounting, Balance Sheets and Taxes.
  • B2 English level or higher required.
  • At least 2 years' experience in Administration Dept.
  • Total availability to relocate to KUWAIT during the project.
  • Previous experience in international settings will be highly valued.
