Nanomecanizados R&D Centre, Madrid
This project is divided in two areas connected to each other: the car park with basement and the main building. The latter consists of a ground floor and two levels above ground level housing the offices, the technical facility and the workshop.
The car park is designed with beams and hollow-core slabs, as well as an on-site perimeter wall which supports the hollow-core slabs of the structural floor.
The main building, the structures for the technical facilities and offices are executed with beams, hollow-core slabs and columns with a total height of 9.86 m.
The roof consists of "Delta" A-shaped beams with spans of 46.05 m and a depth of 2.66 m. Tubular purlins with a depth of 30 cm are set as a cover.
