We have just completed the works for the "Coverage of the section of Calle 30 in the MAHOU-CALDERÓN area", executed by the JV constituted by FERROVIAL S.A. AND ACCIONA S.A.
The works consisted of burying the M-30 highway, in a section of more than 600 m in length and 40 m in width as it passes through the old Vicente Calderón stadium, and in expanding the area of Madrid Río, to an urban park that will run along the bed of the Manzanares River.
In total, 11,439 precast slabs have been designed, manufactured, transported and assembled, placed on 481 T beams with a total volume of concrete of 8,375 m3.
With this work, the Madrid City Council will complete the execution of one of the most important urban transformation undertaken in the 21st century.
