During this month of February 2018, PACADAR will supply the 112 precast concrete box girders that make up the order placed by OHL Construcción for the flyovers of the Spanish highway SE-40, in Seville.
These 112 box girders, with a length from 21 to 37 and weighing between 100 and 200 tonnes, will form the new sub-section, kilometre point 4+100 to kilometre point 8+140, of the highway SE-40 East sector, corresponding to the section of Alcalá de Guadaira (A-376) - Dos Hermanas (A-4).
PACADAR is in charge of the manufacture and supply of the precast concrete box girders. These girders designed by PACADAR are manufactured in Utrera (Seville) and transported to the site from there.
This new order is added to the already executed SE-40 sub-section I, kilometre point 0+000 to kilometre point 4+100. Thus, PACADAR has supplied a total of 16,000 m3 of precast concrete for this project.
PACADAR, with over 75 years of experience in the design, manufacture and assembly of large precast concrete structural elements, is the longest-standing company in the world engaged in the systematic manufacture of precast prestressed concrete elements, and has currently become a benchmark in the sector, both at national and international level.
PACADAR is present in Panama, Mexico, UAE, Kuwait, United Kingdom and Australia among other countries.
